Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY 

If you have ordered a product from Mud Dust and decide the product is not for you, we can accept returns even if the product is opened. All returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

All items must be pre-approved for return by emailing us at reach@muddust.com or contacting us through the “Help Center” page. Basically, if you simply send a product back without contacting us, we cannot facilitate a corresponding return.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Mud Dust (address to be provided once approved). The refund is calculated as such: Customer total order minus S&H (if applied) minus a 20% restocking fee.

After processing, refunds take 5-10 business days to post in the customer's account. Refunds are issued to the credit used in the transaction. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a reshipment on your damaged or incorrect item, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at reach@muddust.com to alert us of the damage along with a picture of the damage. We will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
